We are committed to providing reliable energy solutions with excellence in service and operations.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary to the CEO to support executive management in driving strategic, operational, and sales initiatives. This is a multipurpose role that combines administrative support with functional responsibilities in sales coordination, prospecting, human resources, and customer communication.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare briefs.</li><li>Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and HR information.</li></ul>Sales Coordination &amp; Prospecting:<ul><li>Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up on prospective clients.</li><li>Coordinate internal sales meetings and track progress against targets.</li><li>Maintain customer and prospect databases, ensuring timely updates.</li></ul>Customer Communication:<ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.</li><li>Support customer relationship management, including feedback handling and escalations.</li><li>Draft proposals, quotations, and client communications under CEO&rsquo;s guidance.</li></ul>Human Resource Support:<ul><li>Coordinate basic HR functions including recruitment scheduling, onboarding, and record keeping.</li><li>Assist in policy communication, attendance monitoring, and staff coordination.</li><li>Maintain employee files and support HR compliance requirements.</li></ul>General Administration:<ul><li>Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination for the CEO.</li><li>Track departmental reporting and ensure timely submission of required data.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
