Ltd.Location: Al-Jubail, Eastern Region, Saudi ArabiaPosition Type: Full-Time | Senior ManagementAbout Petroraq EngineeringPetroraq is a dynamic EPC and project management company engaged in Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction, and Trading of high-quality construction materials.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand Petroraq&rsquo;s sales operations. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and coaching the sales team, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring that every team member consistently meets and exceeds their quarterly sales targets. The role demands a hands-on leader who leads by example, actively engages in key client relationships, and drives revenue growth across all business segments.Key Responsibilities&middot; Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members to build a high-performing, target-driven workforce.&middot; Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.&middot; Lead by example through direct client engagement and achieving personal sales targets.&middot; Set quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives and ensure each sales team member consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.&middot; Monitor performance through regular reviews, pipeline management, and performance reports.&middot; Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.&middot; Identify new business opportunities across EPC, Investments, and Trading divisions.&middot; Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.&middot; Collaborate with leadership to align sales activities with company goals.&middot; Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.Qualifications &amp; Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).&middot; 7&ndash;10 years of proven sales experience in Engineering, EPC, or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.&middot; Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.&middot; Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.&middot; Knowledge of Saudi construction and EPC markets.&middot; Bilingual proficiency (English &amp; Arabic) is an advantage.What We Offer&middot; Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.&middot; Opportunity to lead sales in a fast-growing EPC, Trading, and investment company.&middot; Exposure to mega-projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.&middot; Professional growth and leadership development opportunities.Job Type: Full-time
