 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources function by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management activities. This role partners with business unit leaders to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely and effective hiring processes. The HR Coordinator manages end-to-end recruitment operations including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer issuance, while ensuring all pre-employment formalities and onboarding processes are completed smoothly.
 
 
 Additionally, the position acts as a liaison between management and employees, supporting the implementation of HR policies, resolving workplace concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with business unit leaders to understand operational objectives and workforce requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update recruitment trackers, job requisitions, and candidate databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate pre-employment checks, medicals, reference verifications, and visa/work permit documentation as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure new hire onboarding and orientation processes are executed efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with management to drive organizational change initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve workplace issues through effective mediation, and consultation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness, timeliness, and consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in using HRMS/ATS/SAP systems is preferred

 As the Associate Manager- Training, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the training efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of our services, including full P&amp;L accountability. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving profitability, operational efficiency, and growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities

 Deliver CompEx training to delegates from diverse multinational backgrounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive business development by expanding the training portfolio with technically advanced courses
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop sales strategy to design and promote course offerings that complement and enhance the current branded product portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, manage, and mentor strong, long-term customer relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Upgrade training facilities by improving both infrastructure and technical capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead revenue growth for the Training Department across the Middle East region
 </li>
 <li>
 Define, design, and execute the Training Department's strategic roadmap, covering both short-term and long-term objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and empower internal resources to independently deliver assessments and training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee departmental financial performance, ensuring training quality standards are met within budgetary controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate and implement product marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and sales promotions
 </li>
 <li>
 Take accountability for the department's revenue, cost, and profitability, evaluating the cost-benefit impact of all initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a brand ambassador, representing the department at business forums, trade shows, and industry seminars
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the department's daily operations are carried out efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with organisational standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance throughout the organisation, prioritising the well-being of employees and stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive initiatives for process optimisation, innovation, and cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability

 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
