Position: Legal SecretaryOverview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to attorneys.</li><li>Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.</li><li>Manage attorneys&rsquo; calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and client appointments.</li><li>Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential legal files and records.</li><li>Coordinate communication between clients, courts, and internal staff to ensure timely and efficient case management.</li><li>Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving legal documents&mdash;both electronic and hard copy&mdash;in accordance with firm policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team&rsquo;s daily operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
