This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews</li><li>Handle the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientations</li><li>Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and handle employee queries regarding payroll and benefits</li><li>Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities</li><li>Maintain a positive work culture and conduct employee training programs to enhance team performance and satisfaction</li><li>Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies and procedures</li><li>Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity</li><li>Execute HR projects and initiatives as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in an HR role (mandatory)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li></ul>EligibilityOnly candidates from Islamabad and Rawalpindi are eligible to applyJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
