Job SummaryWe are looking for a SolidWorks Designer to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for mechanical components and assemblies. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SolidWorks, basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work closely with production and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks</li><li>Prepare manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and BOM</li><li>Modify existing designs based on production or client feedback</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams</li><li>Ensure designs comply with company standards and manufacturing feasibility</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and revision control</li><li>Support prototype development and trial runs</li><li>Assist in design improvements and cost optimization</li></ul>Education Qualification<ul><li>ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Draftsman / Tool &amp; Die)</li></ul>OR<ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering </li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Proficiency in SolidWorks (Part, Assembly, Drawing)</li><li>Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of GD&amp;T and engineering drawings</li><li>Knowledge of materials and fasteners</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in mechanical design (Freshers with good SolidWorks knowledge can apply)</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)<ul><li>Experience in sheet metal / plastic / tooling design</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing or industrial products</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
