This role is responsible for leading PF Holdings shared services accounts payable function, ensuring efficient and accurate invoice processing, payment execution, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
 
Essential Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function across multiple operating companies, business units, and/or geographic regions within a shared services framework.</li>
<li>Oversee the daily operations of invoice receipt, PO/non-PO handling, three-way matching, exception handling, approvals, and payment runs.</li>
<li>Handles unusual or difficult customer service inquiries/situations through direct personal action or refers to the appropriate individual.</li>
<li>Support month-end closing activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and local tax regulations.</li>
<li>Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely delivery of documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to reduce manual effort and improve scalability</li>
<li>Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing AP team, including goal setting, training, and performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a standardized AP operating model across team members, entities, regions, and workflows.</li>
<li>Maintain SOPs, job aids, training refreshers, cross-training plans, quality checks, and coaching routines to reduce rework and ensure consistent execution across the AP team.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.</li>
<li>Lead integration of AP function for future acquisitions.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred with a minimum of 7 years of Accounts Payable experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role</li>
<li>Experience in a Financial Shared Services environment preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, controls, and AP best practices.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading complex AP operations in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs</li>
<li>Experience partnering with IT or Finance Systems on ERP implementations, ERP workflow enhancements, automation, reporting, dashboards, or AP process improvements.</li>
<li>Ability to select, guide, develop, and retain a team of employees</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and AP automation tools.</li>
<li>Proven track record of managing 1099 filings and TIN matching</li>
<li>Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<li>Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.</li>
<li>Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.</li>
<li>Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.</li>

Accounts Payable Manager

The ability to perform routine repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment under supervision as needed.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Diagnoses, rebuilds, and repairs vehicles and equipment with supervision as needed.</li>
<li>Performs inspections, preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment, and minor component replacement as applicable.</li>

Responsible for incoming parts and delivery to appropriate destinations. Responsibilities include charging out parts to proper units and maintaining inventory, security and integrity of parts department.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Receives, unpacks and counts stock items, and records data manually or electronically.</li>
<li>Retrieves stocked items or parts, packs items and delivers to designated recipients.</li>
<li>Maintains inventory levels; assists in maintaining inventory control.</li>
<li>Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in parts department, supply rooms, or other areas.</li>
<li>Communicates inventory levels and related matters with other departments.</li>
<li>Maintain integrity of parts room and related secured areas.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>

Educational and Other Requirements:
