Our office has approximately 30 employees and offers a professional, low-key, and supportive environment where team members often collaborate across responsibilities.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support the day-to-day accounting operations of our office. The Accounting Clerk will assist with maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, and preparing information for internal review and external auditors.The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, collaborative, and comfortable communicating with vendors, service providers, and internal team members. This role is intended as a full-time W-2 employee arrangement. Most work should be performed in the office, but some remote work may be arranged based on business needs.Key Responsibilities&middot; Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.&middot; Process invoices, payments, deposits, and related accounting records.&middot; Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.&middot; Reconcile bank accounts, credit card activity, and general ledger accounts as assigned.&middot; Maintain accurate financial files, documentation, and records.&middot; Assist with preparing reports and information for management and external auditors.&middot; Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal team members regarding accounting matters.QualificationsEducation: Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Experience: 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience preferred.Benefits and Working Conditions&middot; Job type: Full-time&middot; Benefits: Flexible schedule and paid time off&middot; Physical setting: Office&middot; Schedule: Monday to Friday&middot; Work location: In person, Irvine, CA&middot; Commute/relocation: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required&middot; Work environment: Modern office setting, food provided, and work-from-home days may be available based on business needsPay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
