Digital Account Manager - CivilleWho We Are: Civille is an emerging digital agency that specializes in websites, digital marketing, analytics, and lead enhancement for law firms. We work with law firms all over the country, with a focus on utilizing tech to make the ideal connection between people that need help, and the attorneys that can help them.Who We Need: We are currently looking for an Account Manager that can handle a customer from end to end - from initial website build to ongoing strategy. This individual would be in charge of all customer communication during site build, transferring information to the development team, and helping the customer utilize best practices. They would then own the client strategy and communication, going through reporting metrics and showing the customer value in Civille products. In addition, they would be asked to do some of the marketing work, from content development to Google Business Profile management.Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is motivated to start at a small company that is growing quickly, and is able to wear a lot of hats. This individual would be familiar with website development, in addition to digital marketing strategies. They need to be a natural with speaking to clients and have a positive attitude which creates positive client relationships, and ultimately, retention.We have experienced technical and operations teams that have built and maintained a unique platform, making it a potential high-growth company.Desired Skills: We are willing to train the right candidate, but experience and at the very least baseline understanding of the following are big pluses:<ul><li>Experience in account management</li><li>Experience in digital marketing</li><li>Experience with project management</li><li>Experience with HubSpot CRM</li><li>Knowledge of SEO</li><li>Knowledge of Paid Advertising</li><li>Knowledge of the legal space</li></ul>Job is hybrid - typically two days per week in the office, with the rest being remote.
