Position Summary:</div><div>
Responsible for the safe operation of forklifts and other equipment to receive, stock, pick, load, transfer and ship raw or finished products, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation of same.</div><div>
Responsibilities:</div><ul><li> Uses sit down and stand up fork lifts to stock, pick, and transport pallets of raw/finished products in warehouse, load/unload trucks, transfer products.</li><li> Utilizes computerized system which may include radio frequency to maintain records of product movement in and out of warehouse.</li><li> Packs and weighs boxes of products and assigns appropriate methods of shipping in accordance with customer needs; prepares related documents.</li><li> Manually restacks pallets, restacks raw material drums up to 600 pounds via rolling/pushing, and picks products from shelves (10 to 150 pounds) and loads on forklift.</li><li> Checks forklift for safety and smooth operation daily (e.g., fluids, horns, back up lights).</li><li> Operates wrapping machine to securely wrap boxes loaded on pallets; adjusts controls for tension, size, etc.</li><li> Performs inventory duties including counting, verifying and checking documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li> Completes batch and other records and physically checks materials against records and inventory documents; fills outweigh tags accurately and completely; and places quarantine stickers on vendor receipts.</li><li> Enters data from various inventory and batch records into computer ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li> Communicates with leads and supervisors on schedules and priorities to ensure smooth flow of correct materials into manufacturing and other areas in accordance with production schedules.</li><li> Uses orders to locate and pull specific items from shelves and packs them for shipment; uses forklift as necessary to move product.</li><li> Performs a variety of other clerical duties in support of the department including production of daily shipping paperwork, answering telephone and taking requests and messages, inventory control maintenance, preparation of miscellaneous pre-pack kits and other mailings, quarterly and other mailings, and incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments.</li><li> Performs all duties in compliance with safety rules.</li><li> Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div>
Minimum Qualifications:</div><div>
Education: High School diploma or GED is required.</div><div>
Certification: Forklift certification is required upon attainment of the position.</div><div>
Experience: Requires one to three years of warehousing experience.</div><div>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</div><ul><li> Have good communication skills with the ability to follow verbal directions and written procedures to determine method of shipping. Ability to complete and maintain documentation logs and communicate via email and on the phone with others.</li><li> Physical ability to reach, push, pull and lift boxes weighing 5 to 600 pounds in raw material receiving, 5 to 300 pounds in component receiving and 5 to 75 pounds in distribution with the use of powered industrial equipment.</li><li> Basic arithmetic skills to count/balance numbers of products and perform routine calculations.</li></ul><div>
Physical Requirements: Drive/operate forklifts for the majority of the work shift. Push/pull/lift/roll products from 5 to 600 pounds with forklift. Work safely within tight deadlines.</div><div>
Environment: Open warehouse or production which may have limited protection from heat and cold. May include exposure to high and low temperatures sufficient to cause some discomfort. May require employees to wear a uniform, steel-toed shoes to protect employees from falling stock items, and protective eyewear, back support for lifting and when pulling stock from racks, face shield, acid apron depending upon assignment.</div><div>
Safety: The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices without endangering the health or safety of self or others.</div><div>

Position Summary:</div><div>
The overall responsibility of the Department Leader role is to inspire manufacturing operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and reliability while meeting department schedule adherence and attainment goals. Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Lead and set the standard and tone for their team by modeling Pharmavite&rsquo;s purpose, beliefs, and values within the team reporting to this individual.</li><li>

Ensure productivity, safety, housekeeping, and quality product goals are met/exceeded; coordinates daily scheduling with other departments to facilitate the flow of materials and finished goods through the department. Monitors operations of shift while sustaining changes to ensure a first-time right mentality.</li><li>
Collaborate with Production Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Distribution, HR, Tech Ops, Engineering, Planning, Operational Excellence, and Warehouse departments to expedite and facilitate the flow of raw materials, compounds, bulk, and finished product through the department.</li><li>
The main point person is responsible for communicating and escalating shop floor issues to the appropriate internal or external support function.</li><li>
Investigate non-conformances working in partnership with Quality to drive root cause problem-solving with urgency.</li><li>
Champion/coach teams on AM projects.</li><li>
Perform analysis of raw material usage and product yields to ensure we meet or exceed standards.</li><li>
Prioritize work to ensure safety, quality, and customer needs are met and or exceeded, positively impacting production metrics.</li><li>
Ensure safe practices are being performed, and unsafe behaviors and conditions are corrected.</li><li>
Provide technical support for staff for equipment and processes (troubleshoots and develops control techniques).</li><li>
Oversees and ensures operating expenditures in order to meet or exceed expectations.</li><li>

A four-year degree or its equivalent combination of education/relevant work experience is required.</li></ul><div>

Requires a minimum of four years&rsquo; experience in manufacturing/CPG, to include supervisory/leadership experience. Specific experience in the department to which they applied is preferred.</li></ul><div>

Competent knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.</li><li>

Experience leading and coaching autonomous maintenance (AM) projects.</li><li>
Experience performing auditing in areas related to cGMPs, Master Batch Record accuracy, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) requirements.</li><li>
Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Applications, including JD Edwards MRP and Agile PLM, are preferred.</li><li>
