We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Planning Engineer to join our team atPharmintech Turnkey Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inproject planning, execution, and commissioning, specifically within the Cleanroom or HVACindustry.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning &amp; Scheduling:<ul><li>Develop detailed project schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to integrate all projectphases.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and update progress, identify slippages, and propose recovery plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Coordination:</li></ul><ul><li>Understand clean room classification (ISO 14644, GMP) and HVAC requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with design consultants for HVAC layouts, AHU sizing, ducting, andcleanroom utilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Verify BOQs, drawings, and technical submittals as per project scope and clientspecifications.</li></ul>Execution Support:<ul><li>Track site activities related to HVAC equipment (AHUs, ducting, chillers, HEPA filters,etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with civil, electrical, and automation teams for interface points.</li></ul><ul><li>Support site engineers in resolving technical and scheduling issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure documentation such as IQ/OQ protocols, validation reports, and as-builtdrawings are prepared and submitted.</li></ul><ul><li>Support QA/QC in complying with clean room and HVAC validation standards (DOPtest, velocity, particle count, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspection</li></ul>Client &amp; Vendor Coordination:<ul><li>Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and align project priorities.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely deliveries and execution</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
