This role focuses on post-installation inspections, ensuring solar PV systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with NEC standards.This is a high-volume, field-based role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, independent, and experienced in solar or electrical systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct post-installation solar inspections (primary responsibility)</li><li>Verify system compliance with NEC codes and approved designs</li><li>Inspect components including wiring, conduit, grounding, labeling, and inverters</li><li>Identify deficiencies and document required corrections</li><li>Coordinate with installers to resolve issues when needed</li><li>Perform re-inspections and verification visits</li><li>Complete and submit inspection reports with photos within 2business days</li></ul>CompensationThis role is pay-per-inspection (not hourly).Typical Pay:<ul><li>Standard inspections: $200 per inspection</li><li>Complex inspections: $300+ per inspection</li><li>Additional earnings available for: Battery inspections, Electrical upgrades, Re-inspections and repair coordination</li></ul>Earning Potential:<ul><li>4&ndash;6 inspections per day</li><li>$800&ndash;$1,200+ per day for productive inspectors</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in:</li><li>Solar installation, inspection, or electrical work</li><li>Working knowledge of:</li><li>NEC codes (especially solar-related sections)</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights</li><li>Experience with solar QA/QC inspections</li><li>Familiarity with battery storage systems</li><li>OSHA-10 certification (OSHA-30 preferred)</li><li>NABCEP certification or training</li></ul>Logistics<ul><li>Must have reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred)</li><li>Ability to transport ladder and basic inspection equipment</li><li>Work is primarily located within Philadelphia (limited long-distance travel)</li></ul>Why Join Phase 3<ul><li>High earning potential with flexible scheduling</li><li>Work on a large-scale clean energy initiative</li><li>Opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role</li><li>Be part of a growing organization in the solar inspection space</li></ul>Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per dayWork Location: In person
