Overview</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
The Commercial Systems Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level commercial platforms. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and customer-centric commerce platforms for B2B and B2C operations.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end architecture of Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations, including integrations with ERP and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Define and document solution architecture, including catalog management, pricing logic, customer identity, and storefront UX/UI.</li>
<li>Guide cross-functional teams including PMs, functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and QA engineers.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with Microsoft&rsquo;s Success by Design framework and best practices.</li>
<li>Architect inbound/outbound integrations, custom workflows, and reporting dashboards using Power BI and Azure services.</li>
<li>Implement and deploy commercial applications that include mobile interfaces and cloud/SaaS delivery models, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across platforms.</li>
<li>Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks for mobile and cloud-based commerce solutions.</li>
<li>Support sales and marketing functions across a wide range of platforms and tools&mdash;from CRM and campaign automation to analytics and post-sale support systems.</li>
<li>Design and integrate solutions that manage and automate customer interactions throughout the lifecycle, including prospecting, engagement, conversion, and retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Present architecture plans, cost breakdowns, and implementation timelines to stakeholders.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Competencies and Experience</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>17+ years of experience in IT industry</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in systems architect role</li>
<li>Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, including B2B portal implementations and storefront customization.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and integration frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience deploying mobile and SaaS-based commercial applications.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle EBS) and their integration with third-party applications.</li>
<li>Experience with UI/UX design principles and customer-centric architecture.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li>

</div><div><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.</li>
<li>Experience with Success by Design methodology and FastTrack engagements.</li>
<li>Background in retail, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical commerce platforms.</li>
