 ROLE PURPOSE
 
 
 
 The
 
 Process Assurance Analyst
 
 plays a key role in strengthening the company&rsquo;s internal control environment by conducting controls testing, supporting audit activities, and enhancing the documentation and governance of key business processes.
 
 
 This role requires strong risk‑based internal control knowledge, Big Four audit exposure, and SOX compliance experience to ensure operational excellence and adherence to corporate governance standards.
 
 
 
 🔹 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Internal Controls &amp; Risk Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply risk‑based internal control frameworks to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls across financial and operational processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform control walkthroughs, identify process risks, and assess control adequacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Controls Testing &amp; Documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute end‑to‑end testing of internal controls, including preparation of test plans, sample selection, execution, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify gaps, root causes, and propose remediation enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and complete documentation of processes, risks, and controls in compliance with corporate standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 SOX / ICFR Compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Support SOX testing, scoping, evidence gathering, and remediation follow‑up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure processes meet SOX documentation requirements and maintain audit‑ready support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit Support (Internal &amp; External)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors, and process owners during walkthroughs, testing phases, and remediation cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and monitor audit findings, follow up on action plans, and ensure timely closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Improvement &amp; Governance
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist process owners in documenting end‑to‑end workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and onboarding new controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support governance initiatives, process assurance committees, and cross‑functional risk reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide advisory support on new projects, regulatory changes, and system/process enhancements.

 🔹 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) preferred.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years of total experience, including:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years Big Four external audit experience, AND
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years internal controls or risk assurance experience in multinational environments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of SOX/ICFR, internal controls frameworks, and process assurance methodologies.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical Skills

We're looking for a Open + Deployment Lead based at our factory in Sahiwal, Pakistan. Major Accountabilitie<ul><li> 
Safety &amp; Sustainability:
Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (Sustainability) rules, policies and practices.
Ensure safety instruction, safety traineeship, and safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation.
Ensure all subordinates adhere to all applicable Sustainability rules, policies and procedures.
Execute a lead role to encourage behavior safety and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviors and leads by example.
Holds a high level of self and others accountability towards safety. 
Ensure execution of Open+ tools, teams engagement and participation to Sustainability programs
Provide full support in EHS Pillar and Sustainability department (OPEN+ related)</li><li>
Quality:
Provide full support in Q Pillar &amp; Function (OPEN+ related)
Being a lead role to encourage correct quality behaviors and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviors and leads by example.</li><li>
Delivery:
Coach the Pillar OPEN+ methodology across the site and support Pillar teams to integrate standardized process into daily work, eliminate losses and solve problems in an autonomous way
Support Leadership Preparation and Learning.(Leaders and Pillar members&rsquo; qualification)
Build organizational capability to activate Pillars and manage the readiness activities for next phases
Initiate and lead production related projects with the aim to sustainably improve safety, quality and factory performances
Implement and lead Pillars synchronization master plan</li><li>
Cost.
Scout and lead productivity initiatives in order to drive site losses elimination ( FI Pillar Leader)
Increase among departments business understanding and focus on KPIs impact by creating and maintaining an integrated &amp; synchronized KPI cascading process
Ensure loss analysis/VSM are in place to trigger loss elimination initiatives</li><li>
Morale:
Develop and coach assigned team, ensuring a pipeline of talents is in place to support the continuous improvement effort in the affiliate and to maintain sustainability of OPEN+ expertise and capabilities.
Improve sense of ownership and engagement of all employees by using adapted tools (e.g. visualization and charting) and through coaching and influence
Work with close relationship with OPEN+ communication representative in the design and implementation of the regional OPEN+ communication strategy.
Provide full support to ORG pillar and P&amp;C function (OPEN+ related)</li></ul> 
Who We're Looking For 
Education
College/University, Bachelor, or master&rsquo;s degree. Ideally Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, etc.) 
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in IWS, WCM 
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production 
Functional Skills<ul><li>
OPEN +: Integrated Operating System &ndash; pillars, standard work processes, lean / continuous improvement methods and tools</li><li>
Functional: Manufacturing processes (if possible tobacco processing, make-pack-filtermaking), Quality management systems, Logistics, Supply Chain</li></ul>
