</h3>As the Federal Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to develop and implement effective procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Your role:

Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure all parties meet their obligations, and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date contract records, including changes, renewals, and amendments. Resolve contractual disputes or issues by collaborating with stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
</li><li>Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to develop procurement strategies and ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and contract management, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing updates as needed.

The pay range for this position in Washington DC is $128,000 to $204,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

 Ensures an unparalleled level of customer experience during customer visits, meticulously orchestrating every touchpoint to exceed customer expectations and foster long-lasting brand affinity.

 Improves customer engagement and experiences by curating and executing innovative initiatives, fostering emotional connections and brand loyalty among visitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Helps to conduct executive briefings for customer prospects and executives, focusing on industry-specific outcomes and the strategic impact of Philips&rsquo; solutions to address unique challenges and objectives.

 Handles the intricate network of operations, infrastructure, budget, and logistics of the customer experience with precision, ensuring every aspect is finely tuned to deliver a flawless customer journey.

 You're The Right Fit If
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Success roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience managing enterprise or key accounts is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working within the medical industry.
