What You'll Be Doing
<ul>
<li>Creating sales tool mockups and scanning tipcards</li>
<li>Assisting with production of final masters including cutting and filing rejects</li>
<li>Supporting project owners in prep for sign-offs, meetings, and special initiatives</li>
<li>Managing and filing samples from vendors and maintaining competitive sample archives</li>
<li>Filing purchased artwork and organizing the design library</li>
<li>Assisting with copyright application processes for new and existing designs</li>
<li>Updating WFX data and artwork libraries</li>
<li>Curating marketing samples for stakeholder meetings</li>
<li>Shipping samples and artwork to vendors, partners, and internal teams</li>
<li>Maintaining mood boards and contributing to launch pad wall installations</li>
<li>Supporting supply runs and design errands as needed</li>
<li>Participating in creation of best-seller boards</li>
<li>Coordinating vendor visits and assisting with logistics</li></ul> 


What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Must live in the NJ/NY area and willing to come into the office 3 to 5 days a week.</li>
<li>Pursuing a BA or BFA in interior design, industrial design, textile design or a related field.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in:
<ul><li>Photoshop</li>
<li>Mac/PC file folders</li>
<li>Microsoft Office Product</li>
<li>Cloud file storage organization</li>
</ul></li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others</li>
<li>Problem solver</li>
<li>Very Organized</li>
<li>Able to Analyze and draw conclusions</li>

Compensation

<li>Competitive hourly rate ranging from $17.00 to $18.45, based on your experience and technical expertise</li></ul>

What You Will Be Doing

Rendering Asset Creation
<ul>
<li>Produce high‑quality, tileable rendering assets that beautifully showcase PJ wallcoverings across digital platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent rendering standards tailored to each product category.</li>
<li>Prepare and upload assets for the PJ custom wallcovering visualizer and third‑party apps, ensuring accuracy, scale, and seamless deployment.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure every asset meets PJ&rsquo;s elevated expectations.</li>
<li>Photorealistic Image Development</li>
<li>Create photorealistic scene renderings that inspire designers and support marketing storytelling.</li>
<li>Ensure lighting, material mapping, perspective, and environmental details are executed with precision.</li>
<li>Style scenes to reflect and elevate the PJ brand aesthetic &mdash; polished, luxurious, and design‑forward.</li>
</ul>
Technical Visualization Assets
<ul>
<li>Build clear, accurate panel maps and CADs (2D product diagrams) that guide product selection and installation.</li>
<li>Develop instructional diagrams that support both internal teams and client needs.</li>
<li>Foundational Production Files</li>
<li>Produce and maintain underlay files used across design and marketing workflows.</li>
<li>Create cropping guidelines that ensure repeat patterns and murals are visualized and applied correctly.</li>
</ul>
Image &amp; Asset Governance
<ul>
<li>Maintain organized, version‑controlled visualization files with impeccable digital hygiene.</li>
<li>Tag panel maps, CADs, instructional diagrams, and technical assets to their corresponding products within our digital asset management system.</li>
<li>Ensure all visualization assets meet PJ&rsquo;s internal standards for digitized imagery.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with design, product development, and production teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely file creation</li> 
</ul>
What You Bring to the Table
<ul>
<li>3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a refined creative eye</li>
<li>3+ years of high‑level retouching experience with impeccable visual accuracy</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years supporting product visualization, digital rendering, or surface design workflows</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years working with AI‑driven rendering tools, development software, or creative applications</li>
<li>Experience in wallcoverings, textiles, or interior home furnishings preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with AVA software or interior styling considered a plus</li>
<li>Strong understanding of lighting, materials, scale, and texture across digital and physical environments</li>
<li>Natural curiosity and comfort with emerging technologies and innovative design tools</li>
<li>Ability to interpret design and production briefs with clarity and precision</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and elevated visual quality standards</li>
<li>Disciplined approach to file organization, naming, and workflow management</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams</li>
