The Commercial Natural Gas Scheduler will act as a liaison between trading and P66 demand centers to optimize assets while maximizing general interest value. The role will include natural gas scheduling activities for refineries, terminals, pipelines. This role is based on site in our Houston, TX Westchase office.
 
Responsibilities May Include
 
Responsible for nominating on third party pipelines daily/monthly gas purchases/sales deals, transportation, and/or pooling movements.
 
Performs confirmations of nominations with upstream and downstream parties.
 
Manages regular after hours, weekend, and Holiday calls regarding nomination changes and operational issues affecting gas flow.
 
Monitors estimated flows vs. nominations to calculate system imbalances and resolves imbalances with appropriate parties on a daily and monthly basis.
 
Provides daily nominations set up and gas control report to each facility responsible
 
Provides direction to gas control and/or field operations to ensure flow of information 24 hours a day to maintain safe, efficient, and dependable gas flows.
 
Communicates with traders, customers, and optimizers any nomination cuts and/or imbalances.
 
Communicates with field personnel, pipelines, traders, suppliers, markets, producers, and shippers to resolve various daily operational issues.
 
Monitors and reports storage inventory and operational reports regarding daily updates, next day volume updates, and gas balances to management and various reporting agencies.
 
Identifies potential downstream pipeline capacity constraints and collaborates with customers, suppliers, operations, interconnecting pipelines, and marketing to schedule gas to maximize throughput and minimize costs.
 
Monitor and report third party pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards ‘EBBs” for alerts and/or critical notices of maintenance and competitor activity.
 
Verify, validate, and/or actualize all receipts and delivery nominations with third party pipelines and/or marketing customers, as well as resolving invoicing discrepancies during the Accounting close process, in order to ensure timely and accurate data for billing.

The Commercial organization works to effectively leverage assets and market knowledge to create additional value within the risk parameters of the Company. We do this by maximizing general interest profitability, enhancing return on capital employed by successfully partnering with the Refining, Transportation and Marketing functions to ensure Value Chain Integration. Our truck and rail fleets support our feedstock and distribution operations. Rail movements are provided via a fleet of more than 10,000 owned and leased rail cars. Truck movements are provided through numerous third-party trucking companies, as well as through our 100 percent-owned subsidiary, Sentinel Transportation LLC.

The Lubricants Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing & contracting strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing commercial value for Phillips 66. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and lead procurement-related tasks and initiatives across the Lubricants business. This role requires close collaboration with third-party suppliers and Lubricants stakeholders to understand business needs, align on strategy, and drive an efficient procurement process in compliance with company policy.
 
Responsibilities May Include: 
Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
 
Act as a procurement liaison to Lubricants stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on procurement process, policy, and priorities.
 
Efficiently coordinate resolution for tactical issues related to invoicing, shipping, quality, and other operational matters.
 
Contracting & Risk Mitigation
 
Manage new and existing agreements throughout the contract lifecycle. This may include contract review, redlining, negotiation, and execution.
 
Ensure understanding of business operations and related requirements to effectively translate into agreements that manage risk and ensure balanced obligations.
 
Category Strategy & Management
 
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives to drive cost optimization. This includes market analysis, competitive assessments, and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
 
Partner with Lubricants leadership and stakeholders to anticipate future business requirements and align sourcing and contracting initiatives with respective roadmaps.
 
Supplier Management
 
Manage relationships with assigned suppliers to ensure optimal performance and value from these relationships. This involves managing supplier scorecards and tracking performance metrics.
 
Monitor supplier performance, contract adherence, and compliance with agreed service levels.
 
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure supplier alignment and performance with organizational and Lubricants objectives.
 
Leadership: 
Promotes compliance with P66's code of conduct, ensuring by personal example and coaching that P66 staff and our partners understand and practice ethical business behavior, and using reasonable care to monitor suppliers and contractors working for P66 to ensure they work in a manner consistent with the code.

Required Qualifications:

The Health and Safety Specialist is accountable for coordination of the Phillips 66 Midstream HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and work procedures. Supports business plan objectives as they apply to the Phillips 66 Midstream organization. Responsible for managing the overall Health and Safety program for their designated areas of responsibility.
 
This position will support select pipelines and gas processing plants in the Midland/Odessa area, as well as other Permian locations in the Midstream South Region.
 
Responsibilities May Include: 
Performing field verification to ensure compliance with the Phillips 66 Life Saving Rules and Phillips 66 Health and Safety policies
 
Identifying, developing, coordinating, implementing, and managing H&S training
 
Coordinating incident reporting, investigation, and documentation with corrective action tracking and oversight with use of the P66 reporting system
 
Managing auditing requirements and supporting operations during internal/external auditing including ensuring corrective action plans are developed, documented, and coordinated
 
Developing and fostering a strong safety culture with front line employees, site supervisors and site management
 
Supporting and ensuring compliance with the Phillips 66 Contractor Safety Program
 
Supporting project management in the coordination of Management of Change and Process Hazard Analysis activities as required
 
Serving as point of contact for OSHA VPP Star review/recertification, auditing, and reporting where applicable
 
Collecting and maintaining H&S KPI’s for internal/external reporting and management reviews
 
Supporting and managing the emergency response capabilities to include responding and supporting to incidents and participating in drills and training
 
Assisting with some Industrial Hygiene duties
 
Required Qualifications:

Root Cause Analysis (Think Reliability/Cause Mapping) facilitation for investigation and corrective action planning
 
Midstream
 
The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
