<div>Warehouse Operations Supervisor &ndash; Third Shift
 Easton, PA | Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Phillips Feed is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our second shift team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>
Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations</li><li>
Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency</li><li>
Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded</li><li>
Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture</li><li>
Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed</li><li>
Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps</li><li>
Submit route paperwork to invoicing team</li><li>
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment</li><li>
Ability to operate stand-up forklifts</li><li>
Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills</li><li>
Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to read and write English fluently</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
