The Enterprise Applications &amp; Projects Manager is responsible for leading software implementations and cross-functional technology projects across the organization. This role ensures projects are delivered with quality, clarity, and completeness&mdash;aligning technical execution with business needs in a construction environment.

This position works closely with internal technical teams, non-technical business users, and external vendors to plan, execute, and transition projects into steady operations. The role emphasizes disciplined delivery, fiscal responsibility, and openness to modern tools and automation, including AI-driven solutions. 


Key Responsibilities

Software &amp; Systems Implementation
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software across construction, operations, fleet, finance, HR, and field teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate vendors, integrators, and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure implementations meet functional requirements, quality standards, and operational readiness criteria</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee testing, training coordination, data migration, and go-live support</li></ul>

Project, Budget &amp; Delivery Management
<ul><li>Manage multiple concurrent initiatives of varying size and complexity</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop project plans, milestones, success metrics, and delivery schedules</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage projects within approved budgets, tracking costs, forecasts, and variances</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and transitioned cleanly to operational ownership</li></ul>

Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul><li>Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders</li></ul>
<ul><li>Facilitate requirements gathering and solution reviews with operations, finance, HR, fleet, and field teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate project status, risks, financials, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders</li></ul>
<ul><li>Set expectations and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners</li></ul>

Quality, Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul><li>Ensure solutions align with IT standards, security requirements, and operational processes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Drive completeness including documentation, training, support models, and ownership handoffs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Promote consistent project and implementation practices across the IT organization</li></ul>
<ul><li>Evaluate and support appropriate use of emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of experience managing software implementations, enterprise applications, or IT projects</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in construction, industrial, or asset-intensive environments preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and delivery outcomes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational, financial awareness, and follow-through skills</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>PMP Certificate</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt</li></ul>
