Job Summary Our team of line cooks are the heart of our business which is why we refer to the kitchen as the Heart of the House. Responsible for preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other hot food products, as well as determining the portion of food products prior to cooking. We take our line cooks to the next level and teach them how to ensure final plate presentation is in alignment with Phil's Way which includes plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is required and some line cook experience is highly desirable. MUST be at least 18 years of age.
