 Developing ways to promote workshop solutions along with providing Technical support
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Provide Technical support for the field and authorized workshop network
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote and develop sales channels for the service equipment range
 </li>
 <li>
 Take the role of Technical support engineer if needed:

 Assist with warranty and training
 </li>

 Assist the Tech Support team with Technical matters

 What We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field (Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in AFM organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have the necessary technical competencies ( Automotive Systems Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Technical Problem-Solving, IT &amp; Digital Tools)
 </li>
 <li>
 Have the required Service &amp; Support Competencies (Customer service orientation, strong communication skills, training &amp; coaching)
