JOB PURPOSE
The Business Development Manager will focus on partnering with key business stakeholders and customers to enhance the PHINIA offering. With a focus on customer relationships, they will be responsible for driving improvements; building and implementing process enhancements to ensure innovation take place.

<ul><li>Follow and implement the commercial strategy to develop our key performance indicators (revenues, margin, and overdues)
</li><li>Customers: build and strengthen business relationships with existing clients (intimacy)
</li><li>Prospects: develop a prospecting and acquisition strategy to strengthen our market position, build a strong pipeline to secure growth over plan
</li><li>Be an expert in your market: know who our clients are, what our market share is with our distributors and platforms
</li><li>Understand the market and the competitive environment. Be the eyes and voice of PHINIA
</li></ul>in the market and provide weekly updates on all relevant information.
 
<ul><li>Monitor and develop the country&rsquo;s commercial strategy in your location
</li><li>Build strong relationships with key customers in the sector
</li><li>Develop the client portfolio and acquire new customers

</li><li>Provide all necessary information for the proper management of a client account, including revenue tracking and project progress updates

Experience
 
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience with a similar role
</li><li>Strong communication skills
</li><li>Excellent presentation skills
</li><li>Experience in multinational/multicultural companies
</li><li>Experience in team management and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others, work harmoniously, and achieve results as a team
</li><li>Ability to work directly with management as well as employees at all levels of the organization
