 Duties
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
 </li>
 <li>
 Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness for subsequent guests
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other team members during busy hours by providing assistance with serving or host/hostess duties
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic English speaking skills; Vietnamese recommended but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work hours including lunch and dinner, weekends, and holidays as needed
 </li>
 <li>
