 We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Private Duty Care and VA departments to cover In-Home visits and to work with our Healthy Children &amp; Youth program performing admissions and assessments. This position will be responsible for aide oversight visits and routine nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. In this RN role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home. These services are either privately paid, funded by a Long-Term Care Insurance policy, or the VA.

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Opens new cases &amp; obtains all related consents, documentation &amp; deposits in accordance with company policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Observes, records &amp; reports reaction to treatment &amp; any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
 </li>
 <li>
 May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow state approved care plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Active Registered Nurse license in the state of MO
 </li>
 <li>
 In Home experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and self-management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong and compassionate customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license
