COMPANY OVERVIEW</b></div><div>
Phoenix Loss Control (PLC) is a US-based business services provider in the cable, telecom, and utilities sector. PLC&rsquo;s core service is outside plant damage investigation, recovery, and prevention. Across the US and parts of Canada, we help our clients recover the costs of third-party damage to their infrastructure, such as underground fiber optic or gas lines. PLC currently employs over 140 people, servicing some of the largest cable and telecoms operators (e.g., Comcast, Spectrum, AT&amp;T, and Google). PLC is currently aggressively expanding its business and looking for talented and energetic people to bring onboard to help drive growth.</div><div><b><br>
POSITION SUMMARY</b></div><div>
Claim Recovery Agents are responsible for reviewing information provided on a damage, determining the liable party, invoicing the responsible party, and pursuing recovery of the repair costs.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Duties</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Review and analyze claim information, identify liable party, and take action to move claims toward successful resolution</li><li>
Gather costing and prepare invoices for select clients</li><li>
Correspond with liable party/insurance carrier both verbally and in writing</li><li>
Negotiate settlements</li><li>
Resolve conflicts and escalate urgent issues</li></ul><div><b>
Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>
Ability to work independently, manage goals and deadlines, have good attention to detail</li><li>
Adaptability, logical thinking and conscientiousness</li><li>
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</li><li>
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills</li><li>
High-speed internet access, personal computer, phone line dedicated to work contacts</li></ul><div><b>
