Dispatch &amp; Logistics Management<ul><li>Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods</li><li>Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and route planning</li><li>Monitor dispatch documentation including gate passes, delivery challans, and invoices</li><li>Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues proactively</li></ul>2. Store &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock audits</li><li>Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO/LIFO inventory practices</li><li>Coordinate with production and procurement teams for stock replenishment</li></ul>3. Manpower &amp; Driver Management<ul><li>Allocate and supervise store/dispatch manpower for efficient operations</li><li>Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and performance records of warehouse staff</li><li>Manage driver rosters, trip sheets, and ensure compliance with safety protocols</li></ul>4. Invoice &amp; Documentation Process<ul><li>Prepare and verify invoices, dispatch notes, and other related documents</li><li>Ensure timely submission of dispatch records to accounts and audit teams</li><li>Maintain filing systems for all logistics and inventory documentation</li></ul>5. Operational Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Production, QA) for dispatch planning</li><li>Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies</li><li>Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field</li><li>Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and dispatch planning</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
