Job Overview We are seeking a talented Freelancer &ndash; E-Commerce Website Handler to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento and will be responsible for handling end-to-end e-commerce operations.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, enhancing visibility and driving organic traffic.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and apply findings to improve conversion optimization across product pages.</li><li>Handle product uploads, pricing, descriptions, categories, and inventory updates.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of the cart, checkout, and payment options.</li><li>Manage order processing, returns, and refunds.</li><li>Coordinate with the graphic/design team for banners, creatives, and promotional material.</li><li>Implement best practices for SEO, website performance, and user experience.</li><li>Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.</li><li>Provide excellent customer experience by ensuring website reliability.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1.5+ years of proven experience in handling e-commerce websites.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento</li><li>Understanding of online order management and payment gateways.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO &amp; analytics tools is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is a plus but not mandatory.
