Job Description:

The Procurement Ops Manager will act as the primary coordinator between the SRE Audit Team and the Compliance Team, ensuring smooth execution of audit cycles and timely delivery of evidence. This role demands strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:</h4>
<ul><li>Act as the single point of contact between Compliance, Audit, and SRE leadership.</li><li>Coordinate audit requirements, timelines, and evidence commitments with Compliance.</li><li>Work closely with the Operations Engineering Manager (OEM) to allocate resources and commit delivery timelines.</li><li>Ensure audit evidence consistency and standardization across the team.</li><li>Drive automation of evidence generation and reporting.</li><li>Prepare and publish dashboards and leadership updates.</li><li>Support remediation tracking in partnership with other SRE HoEs.</li></ul>

Job overview: 
 
Associate Manager - Litigation would be responsible for managing litigation cases including Consumer, Civil, Criminal and Commercial litigation and other court related litigation cases. Duties include drafting, reviewing, briefing counsels, follow-up on ongoing cases, legal strategy, updating MIS and supporting business in legal disputes resolution. Additionally, conduct legal research on legal issues related to ongoing cases and new judgements.

Duties and Responsibilities 
 
Litigation 
1. Experience in managing litigation cases across Consumer Forums, District Courts, High Courts and Tribunals. 
2. Drafting and reviewing of litigation related documents such as Complaints, Suits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writs, Affidavits, Appeals, Contracts, Agreements, etc. 
3. Knowledge of substantive and procedural laws required for Litigation (Consumer/ Civil/ Criminal/Commercial). 
4. Drafting of replies to notices received from Advocates, Law Enforcement Agencies, Statutory /Regulatory Bodies, etc. 
5. Exposure to appearing before Courts/ Tribunals and managing Litigation cases (Consumer/Civil/Criminal/ Commercial) and Arbitration proceedings. 
6. Assisting and briefing external counsels for representing company before courts/ tribunals. 
7. Research and drafting of legal opinions. 
8. Maintain MIS of all litigation against the Company, Senior Management &amp;amp; its employees. 
9. Follow up on ongoing cases with Advocates / legal officers. 
10. Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues.

 The PhonePe payment solution for merchants &amp; consumers is historically known to be a multi-instrument payments container and enables key merchants across various industry segments in the ecosystem to accept payments digitally from their consumers.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 A person in this role would be responsible for expanding PhonePe&rsquo;s payments footprint in the Online Merchants ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role and one would have to own end-to-end accountability for building PhonePe&rsquo;s acceptance network across a set of key merchants operating in the country.
 
 
 The PhonePe payments platform facilitates consumer transactions across all major use cases in the online space and there is a big merchant acceptance network which has been created in a very short timeframe. With fast growing business categories in the online space, it is imperative to drive sustainable growth and differentiation and this role would be responsible for accomplishment of this objective. This role would be responsible for managing key partners and growing PhonePe's Online payments.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Build solid relationships &amp; rapport with the key stakeholders on the merchant&rsquo;s side for the identified set of merchants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop an understanding of the prospective merchant&rsquo;s business environment and prepare merchant specific contextual growth strategies. This would need one to be good with data/ understanding of businesses in the category&rsquo;s context and basis this one should be able to outline the value which PhonePe can add to their business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pitch PhonePe&rsquo;s latest solutions along with the overall business proposition to the key stakeholders. This would need one to be comfortable with having multiple discussions with CXO&rsquo;s/ Senior Management on the merchant&rsquo;s side.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be accountable for all business metrics (both topline &amp; bottomline) of the portfolio along with all key inputs which would drive the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be responsible for growth and development initiatives across all merchant segments and for drawing out the consumer and merchant adoption plan and work with various stakeholders to operationalize the plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work out the commercial terms of the partnership with the merchant in cases of new product/ feature/ instrument launches. This would need one to be good with numbers and negotiating capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the PhonePe and Merchant legal teams to finalize the partnership agreements as and when needed. This would need one to understand PhonePe and the Merchant&rsquo;s business end-to-end and identify all relevant elements to be covered under the partnership agreement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Bizfin team and different functional teams on the merchant&rsquo;s side to finalize the longer-term business plans and model of engagement between the PhonePe teams and the Merchant&rsquo;s teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a holistic understanding of the overall digital payments landscape in the country/developments/opportunities and help adapt PhonePe&rsquo;s go-to-market plans in the enterprise business segment accordingly.
