About us CPR Cell Phone Repair - Hermitage Established in 2012 we are a locally owned franchise, CPR Hermitage is a local electronics repair shop specializing in iPhone, MacBook, Samsung, iPad, and computer repairs. CPR Cell Phone Repair is hiring a Retail Sales / Repair Technician for its stores. Training will be supplied both formally at our corporate location and in person, at our stores, we will get you ready to repair a customer&rsquo;s device. The ideal candidates' will exhibit<ul><li>Retail sales skills</li><li>Possess excellent customer service</li><li>Relationship building skills</li><li>Demonstrate a basic understanding of electronics</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for talented individuals to join us and be part of our success. In addition to the repair technician responsibilities, the successful candidates will also be a team members responsible for selling all the products associated with the CPR Cell Phone Repair operation. We require professionalism, imagination, honesty, and team spirit. But most importantly, we are looking for passion. So, if you know what it means to give outstanding customer service, this could be the right fit for you.Retail Sales Associate - Repair Technician Duties<ul><li>Assist retail and commercial customers in the purchase of cell phones, laptops, and accessories. (training provided)</li><li>Maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing shelves.</li><li>Add-on and upsell product.</li><li>Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness</li></ul>Tech Duties<ul><li>Repair cell phones, tablets, laptops, and/or other devices as needed (training provided)</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (store open: M-F 10-6 Sat 10-5,</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3-6+ months customer service experience preferred</li><li>Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform, teach, and train</li><li>Working conditions are typical for a retail environment</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Hourly based wage with a flexible schedule</li><li>Commission based on sales and repairs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
