About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated female teacher to conduct engaging phonics and early learning sessions for children from Nursery to Grade 2 at our Baner Center. The teacher will play a key role in helping students build strong reading, spelling, and communication foundations through fun and structured sessions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct interactive phonics, reading, and literacy sessions for students (Nursery to Grade 2).</li><li>Implement the structured Phonics World curriculum and activity plan.</li><li>Maintain attendance, class notes, and performance records of each student.</li><li>Create a warm, safe, and encouraging learning environment.</li><li>Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.</li><li>Coordinate with the center head for scheduling and updates.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Female candidates only.</li><li>Graduate in English / Education / Early Childhood / related field (preferred).</li><li>Prior experience teaching pre-primary or primary students (Nursery&ndash;Grade 2).</li><li>Good command over English (spoken and written).</li><li>Passionate about phonics and early literacy development.</li><li>Punctual, responsible, and child-friendly.</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Location: Baner Center, Pune</li><li>Type: Part-Time (In-person)</li><li>Working Days: 2 days (Monday &amp; Wednesday )</li><li>Timings: 1.5 hours each (between 4.30 - 6.30pm)</li><li>Compensation: &#8377;4,000 &ndash; &#8377;5,000 per month (based on experience, training &amp; performance)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;4,000.00 - &#8377;5,500.00 per monthExpected hours: 3 per weekWork Location: In person
