ROLE OVERVIEW</b></p><p>
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain internal and customer-facing applications that support Photon Brothers&rsquo; operations and growth. This role partners closely with operations, sales, and leadership to translate real-world business needs into reliable, scalable software solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Application Development</b></h3><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications</li><li>
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for internal teams and customers</li><li>
Develop backend services, business logic, and APIs</li><li>
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Integrations &amp; Systems</b></h3><ul><li>
Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, project management, accounting, or other SaaS tools)</li><li>
Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support system interoperability</li><li>
Ensure data integrity, reliability, and performance across integrated systems</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
AI &amp; Automation</b></h3><ul><li>
Contribute to the design and implementation of <b>AI-enabled features</b> that improve internal workflows and decision-making</li><li>
Integrate AI or automation tools (e.g., LLM APIs, intelligent data processing, or workflow automation) to enhance efficiency and scalability</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI-driven solutions can add practical business value</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Collaboration &amp; Delivery</b></h3><ul><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand workflows</li><li>
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues</li><li>
Help improve development standards, documentation, and internal tooling<br>
</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li> <b>3&ndash;5 years of professional experience</b> as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer</li></ul><p>
Experience with:</p><ul><li><b>
Frontend:</b> JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar modern framework)</li><li><b>
Backend:</b> Node.js, Python, or similar backend language</li><li><b>
Databases:</b> PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases<br>
</li><li>
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs</li><li>
Familiarity with Git-based version control</li><li>
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and basic application security</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li></ul><p><b>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>
Experience building or maintaining third-party integrations</li><li>
Exposure to AI-powered tools or services, such as:
<ul><li>Integrating with AI/LLM APIs</li>
<li>Implementing automation, summarization, classification, or decision-support features<br>
</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)</li><li>
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines</li><li>
Interest in renewable energy, construction tech, or operations-driven environments</li></ul><p>
