Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager &ndash; HR &amp; Admin to handle end-to-end HR operations and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain smooth business operations across departments.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:<ul><li>Manage the entire employee lifecycle &ndash; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.</li><li>Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Maintain HR records..</li></ul>Administration:<ul><li>Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility management.</li><li>Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations for smooth functioning.</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, stationery procurement, and asset management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies, auditors, and government bodies when required.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;6 years of experience in HR and Admin functions.</li><li>Skills Required:</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of HRMS / MS Office</li><li>Understanding of statutory compliance</li><li>Strong coordination and problem-solving ability</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>CTC: Up to &#8377;4.50 Lakh per annum (based on experience and skills)</li><li>Only Male Candidates Required.</li></ul>Employment Type:Full-time, PermanentReporting To:HR Manager / Head &ndash; HR &amp; AdministrationJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,482.93 - &#8377;34,192.38 per monthWork Location: In person
