Job Description:Physician Services Group (PSG) is expanding in Columbia, SC and hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing Post-Acute Care team.Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, and a low daily patient volume in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct patient care including new admissions, follow-ups, and scheduled Medicare visits</li><li>Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population</li><li>Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site</li><li>Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility guidelines</li><li>Collaborate with facility teams to coordinate holistic care</li><li>Accurately document visits and submit billing using EMR and proper E/M coding</li><li>Promote PSG&rsquo;s mission and services in alignment with care standards</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>MD or DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in a Primary Care specialty)</li><li>Active South Carolina medical license, DEA, and DHEC credentials</li><li>Strong understanding of chronic and post-acute care models</li><li>EMR documentation and coding experience preferred</li><li>Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously</li><li>Passion for improving care in the post-acute space</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Part time options available also (4 shift/ month min)</li><li>6&ndash;8 hour shifts</li><li>~16 patients per day</li><li>No nights / weekends,</li></ul>Apply today or contact Brandon Lewis at BLewis@psgcare.com for more details.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $150.00 - $160.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
