If you&rsquo;re ready to help women and men realize their dreams of becoming parents in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes personal initiative, teamwork and growth, then we&rsquo;re looking for you!We are looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Business Administrator to support our Internal Departments. You will get to know all aspects of our company and will be involved in a wide range of projects and company initiatives to support our growth.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ability to perform work involving independent judgement, accuracy and speed, maintain confidential files and prepare materials</li><li>Daily upkeep of spreadsheets on Google Sheets or other IT tools</li><li>Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing</li><li>Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda</li><li>Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records</li><li>Assists in development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed</li><li>Problem resolution, knowing when to escalate issues to management versus issues that can be handled independently</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>A minimum of 1 year hands-on administrative assistant experience required with sales experience is highly desired and preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree required</li><li>Bachelor's degree in biology or life sciences is preferred, but not required</li><li>Bilingual and fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English/Mandarin required</li><li>Ability to make outgoing phone calls</li><li>Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li><li>Highly organized and detail oriented</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Proficient in Google Sheets required</li></ul>If you are looking to contribute to a supportive team environment while utilizing your organizational skills, superb customer service, and administrative expertise, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an administrative assistant at our esteemed healthcare facility.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
