Job Description: PRT English TeacherLocation: The Gurukulam School, Gurugram Position: Primary Teacher (PRT) &ndash; English Department: Academics Reports to: Academic Coordinator / PrincipalKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach English subject to students of primary classes (Grades I to V) following the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/NCERT).</li><li>Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the school&rsquo;s academic framework and learning outcomes.</li><li>Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student learning and development.</li><li>Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, assignments, projects, and class participation.</li><li>Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to parents during PTMs and as required.</li><li>Support students&rsquo; holistic development by integrating co-curricular activities and value-based learning into lessons.</li><li>Participate actively in school events, workshops, training, and staff meetings.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan interdisciplinary and cross-curricular activities.</li><li>Ensure classroom discipline and promote ethical and cultural values among students.</li><li>Use innovative teaching methods including audio-visual aids and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Educational Qualification:</li><li>B.Ed.
