 The role involves managing access rights for external clients across 12 electronic trading platforms and internal tools, facilitating transactions with Trading desks in the Forex and Fixed Income markets on a global scale (Europe, Asia, Americas).  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the access rights of external clients on the electronic trading platforms (12 platforms) and internal tools, so they can conduct transactions with the Trading desks, in the areas of Forex (currency market) &amp; Fixed Income (bond market for Rates/Credit products), and at a global level (Europe, Asia, Americas);
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and deactivate user/client accounts for asset managers;
 </li>
 <li>
 Add and modify tiering (pricing levels offered) on products;
 </li>
 <li>
 Add and modify sales associates linked to clients;
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate and support new platforms in the tools, as well as collaborate on the development of internal tools;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the creation and deletion of books;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the maintenance of statistical files.

 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing user access and permissions on electronic trading platforms or similar systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of client account management, including the creation and deactivation of user accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in modifying pricing tiers and managing sales associate linkages to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical proficiency in integrating new platforms and supporting internal tool development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage the creation and deletion of books and maintain statistical files accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

Trading Capital Markets Analyst

 We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a high impact technology portfolio within a Field Experience value stream. This individual will play a critical role in driving delivery from inception through execution while promoting Agile excellence across both technology and business teams. This is a hands on role focused on coaching, delivery, and continuous improvement, working closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders. The role reports into the Release Train Engineer.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead Agile delivery across multiple projects within the technology portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide teams to achieve sprint and Program Increment goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Product Owners to refine and manage product backlogs
 </li>

 Represent teams in Scrum of Scrums and cross team planning forums
 </li>

 Coach teams on Agile best practices and help drive high performance delivery

 Monitor and improve team velocity, predictability, and overall performance metrics

 Ensure accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders

 Must Have Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within financial services or insurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience leading Scrum ceremonies and Program Increment planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical background prior to Scrum Master role, including experience in development, testing, or business analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to mentor teams across development, testing, DevOps, business analysis, UAT, and integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience identifying risks, gaps, and driving solutions through to resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and similar Agile tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coaching teams on AI usage to improve delivery
 </li>
 </ul>
