We are looking for a reliable Female Procurement Coordinator, who can join immediately.Procurement Assistant Role:<ul><li>Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring all steps are followed efficiently to meet project timelines.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings against company standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to achieve favorable terms for the organization.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to gather procurement needs and establish clear specifications for materials and services required.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of supplier information, contracts, and procurement activities in the organization's database for easy access.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.</li><li>Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to orders or product quality.</li><li>Prepare reports on procurement activities and present findings to management to support informed decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements and Skills:<ul><li>Must be Female and preferably on Family/Husband Visa</li><li>High school diploma/GED.</li><li>2+ years of experience as procurement coordination or in a similar position.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
