<div>As a Senior Product Designer at Pice, you will be tasked with designing a consumer-grade mobile and web experience for our upcoming suite of business tools aimed at GST-registered Indian SMEs. You&rsquo;ll work closely with product and engineering to craft intuitive, elegant interfaces that simplify complex financial workflows like invoicing, payments, and credit.</div><div>
You&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining a high bar of visual quality, accessibility, and consistency, while contributing to the design system, mentoring peers, and advocating for user needs through research-backed design decisions. Your craft will directly shape how Indian businesses experience and trust Pice.</div><div><b><br>
Skills &amp; Qualifications Required</b></div><div>
1. 3-6 years of product design experience at a consumer tech startup, with a</div><div>
focus on payments or fintech</div><div>
2. Proven Experience &amp; expertise in UI/UX design for mobile and web-platforms</div><div>
3. Ability to deliver polished, intuitive user experiences in financial/payment</div><div>
workflows</div><div>
4. Product Design Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex user problems</div><div>
through UX &amp; Ul design, creating mock-ups, prototypes, and documenting</div><div>
interaction patterns.</div><div>
5. Design Tools Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with design tools such as</div><div>
Figmal, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. Design Principles: Knowledge of design</div><div>
principles including typography, layout, imagery, color theory, and creating</div><div>
efficiencies in visual design workflows.</div><div>
6. Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills,</div><div>
with a history of success working in cross-functional teams.</div><div>
7. Portfolio Presentation: Must have a portfolio showcasing previous design work.</div><div>
8. Exposure to B2B finance tools, invoicing platforms, or ERP systems - Good to</div><div>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></div><div>
1. Design and ship high-quality user interfaces, components, and patterns in a</div><div>
systematic, detail-oriented way. Ensures the coded implementations are</div><div>
consistent with designs.</div><div>
2. Proficient in maintaining component and style libraries in Figma.</div><div>
3. Has a solid understanding of visual design, typography, color, and hierarchy.</div><div>
4. Has a strong interest in creating beautiful, accessible experiences, and has an</div><div>
eagerness to learn and apply WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.</div><div>
5. Use research and evidence to improve and evaluate solutions for customers,</div><div>
developers, and designers.</div><div>
6. Accept &amp; provide candid feedback to fellow designers and the entire product</div><div>
team in building polished user experiences.</div><div>
7. Collaborate frequently with UX, Engineering and Product to ensure a cohesive</div><div>

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Execute campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, RCS, and other communication channels.</li><li>

Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and communication assets and a creative eye is essential.</li><li>
Track daily performance metrics, identify trends, and create actionable reports.</li><li>
Assist with user research, cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, and competitive benchmarking.</li><li>
Use AI tools to enhance efficiency in content creation, reporting, automation, and optimisation.</li><li>
Contribute to brand initiatives, partnerships, events, and community-building activities.</li><li>
Create and optimise content for landing pages, blogs, social media, and in-app assets.</li><li>
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for seamless campaign execution.</li><li>

Qualification &amp; Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
0&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing (internships count!).</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly.</li><li>
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy and fundamentals.</li><li>
Comfort with Excel/Sheets and the ability to interpret data.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, Wati, or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.</li><li>
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
High ownership, bias for action, and eagerness to grow.</li><li>
