Compensation &amp; Benefits

<li>Doctors typically earn $300K&ndash;$400K+ annually</li>
<li>Full medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k, malpractice insurance, CE &amp; dues covered</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>DDS/DMD &amp; accredited orthodontic residency completion</li>
<li>Eligible for licensure in Idaho &amp; Washington</li>
<li>Board certification (or eligibility) preferred</li>
<li>Residents welcome</li>
