The Pickerington Local School District seeks qualified applicants for a full time Special Education Intervention Specialist (ED) position at Fairfield Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. 
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Valid Ohio certificate/license Education of the Handicapped K-12/Intervention Specialist K-12 (Moderate/Intensive or Mild/Moderate)</li><li>Successful teaching experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work in resource room, small group tutoring and inclusion models</li><li>Experience working with students with multiple disabilities, staff and diverse populations</li><li>Must be properly certified.</li></ul>

Qualifications: 
<ul><li>Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit with ESEA endorsement issued by ODE.</li><li>High school diploma or GED equivalency required; college-level training preferred.</li><li>Experience in a media center setting preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with a wide range of computer equipment and software programs.</li><li>Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with colleagues.</li><li>Dependability and a strong work ethic.</li><li>Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents of diverse populations.</li></ul>
