 Creating two and three-dimensional designs and technical drawings

 Designing frameworks for projects

 Completing project planning work, such as budget and timeline estimates

 Creating detailed design and construction plans for colleagues in other disciplines, such as manufacturing engineering or architecture, to follow

 Qualifications:

 A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in architecture, construction, or interior fit-out industry
 </li>

 Proficiency in the latest CAD software is crucial.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced working in a team environment and working cross-functional with other departments.

 The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of themed entertainment and leisure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with designers, consultants, and contractors, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.  REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 10&ndash;15 years of progressive experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
