As our Field Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving demand generation, pipeline creation, and brand presence across global regions excluding US &amp; LATAM. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership and accountability across the end-to-end field marketing process, from strategy design to on-site execution and post-event analysis.</div><div></div><div><br>
You will manage and execute programs that elevate Picus&rsquo; visibility at major industry events and through targeted regional initiatives. You&rsquo;ll work closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to align field activities with global go-to-market priorities and deliver measurable pipeline impact.</div><div></div><div><br>
Picus is headquartered in Ankara, with a regional office in Istanbul, but our team is remote across T&uuml;rkiye. Please note that all CVs must be submitted in English.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Build, execute, and optimize regional field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.</li><li>
Own the full event lifecycle from sponsorship selection, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking to booth management, production timelines, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting.</li><li>
Closely collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent customer engagement before, during, and after events.</li><li>
Lead post-event debriefs and track performance metrics to continuously improve ROI and process efficiency.</li><li>
Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring maximum value and quality of execution.</li><li>
Partner with channel organizations to support reseller and joint-marketing programs.</li><li>
Coordinate campaign follow-ups with SDR and Growth teams to ensure timely lead engagement and pipeline progression.</li><li>
Act as the point of contact for all operational and logistical field marketing tasks, ensuring no detail is missed and deadlines are met.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Have</b></h3><ul><li>
7+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within B2B technology or cybersecurity.</li><li>
Proven experience managing end-to-end event operations from contracts and production to on-site execution and reporting.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.</li><li>
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.</li><li>
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across time zones and departments.</li><li>
Analytical approach with the ability to measure and report marketing performance and ROI.</li><li>
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign tracking, lead management, and reporting is a strong plus.</li><li>
A proactive, can-do attitude, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver quality in every operational detail.</li></ul><div><b>
