Description :Under the general direction of the District Attorney or his designee, performs clerical duties in the operation of the District Attorney&rsquo;s Office. Work involves a variety of clerical support duties connected with the processing of criminal and civil matters, and other duties as assigned. Perform as Secretary in doing Criminal and Civil Process and other clerical duties as assigned for the District Attorney&rsquo;s Department.Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent, and legal secretarial skills required with two years previous office experience. Typing skills of 50 wpm. Ability to recognize sensitive matters and handle such matters in strict confidence required. Willing to work outside usual work hours required.Preferred Qualifications: AA Degree in legal secretary, paralegal, business administration, public administration, or related field in court setting or law office with 5+ years of experience.
