Role Summary:The Purchase Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring all materials, ingredients, equipment, and services required for Pik N Go Restaurant. The role ensures timely availability of quality products at competitive prices while maintaining vendor relationships and supporting cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors for food, beverages, consumables, and equipment.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of goods and services as per restaurant requirements.</li><li>Monitor market trends, new products, and price fluctuations to optimize purchasing decisions.</li><li>Coordinate with the Store Incharge and Head Chef for daily and weekly requirements.</li><li>Implement purchase planning to avoid shortages, overstocking, and wastage.</li><li>Maintain proper purchase records, bills, and documentation for audit and accounts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, food safety guidelines, and vendor certifications.</li><li>Track vendor performance in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Work closely with the accounts team for payments and reconciliation.</li><li>Support cost control initiatives and contribute to profitability improvement.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of food &amp; beverage products, equipment, and restaurant industry requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Analytical and decision-making ability.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/purchase software.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in F&amp;B/restaurant/hospitality industry.</li></ul>Working Hours:As per restaurant operations and procurement needs, including weekends if required.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
