We are seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of building projects, from tender stage to final account. The candidate will be responsible for cost control, valuations, and subcontractor management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil works.</li><li>Measure and value work done on site for monthly progress payment certifications.</li><li>Prepare and submit variation orders (VO) and claims to the consultant/client.</li><li>Manage subcontractor accounts, including preparation of sub-contract agreements and processing payments.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises.</li><li>Prepare final accounts and ensure project profitability.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a building contractor in the UAE.</li><li>if outside UAE, the experience certificate must be attested from the embassy of UAE in your country.</li><li>Should have an Engineering Certificate and registered in Society of Engineers.</li><li>With Complete Certificates ( Attested )</li><li>with Equivalency Certificate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
