</div><div><p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Middle SEO Specialist to help us grow organic traffic and improve the visibility of our projects in search engines. You will work as part of a team of SEO experts, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the implementation of effective SEO strategies.</p>
</div><div><ul><li>Conduct SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization.</li><li>
Perform SEO audits under the guidance of a senior specialist.</li><li>
Collect and cluster keywords based on search intent and relevance.</li><li>
Optimize meta tags, headings, and on-page content for search engines.</li><li>
Collaborate with content managers and copywriters to implement SEO recommendations.</li><li>
Create and structure content briefs for new and existing pages.</li><li>
Monitor keyword rankings and website traffic, and perform competitor analysis.</li><li>
Assist in building website structure and navigation to improve UX and SEO performance.</li><li>
Work with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and others.</li></ul>

</ul></div><div><div><p>3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT;</p>
<p>
Experience in describing requirements using different formats (BRD/V&amp;S, User Stories, Use Cases etc.);</p>
<p>
Experience in modelling/visualizing of requirements (Mockups, BPMN, UML etc.);</p>
<p>
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);</p>
<p>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;</p>
<p>
Ability to think on different levels of abstractions or perspectives (business/architecture/user/tech etc.);</p>
<p>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team;</p>
<p>
Flexible and open-minded attitude, willing to learn and enhance skill set;</p>
<p>
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions;</p>
<p>
English (B1+), proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.</p>

Presentation of the requirements to the team (back-end, front-end, QAs), their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;</p>
<p>
Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;</p>
<p>
Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.</p>
