SummaryPin-Up Marketing is seeking a creative and collaborative Social Media Graphic Designer to join our growing team! This is a full-time (or part-time considered), work from home position. Though we are owned and operate in the Kansas City, MO area, local residence is preferred but not required.As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching visuals for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. You will collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and create content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a keen eye for design, creativity, and a solid understanding of social media trends and best practices.Key Responsibilities&middot; Design and create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.&middot; Develop and execute visual content for daily social media posts, advertisements, stories, and promotional campaigns.&middot; Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to design visuals for campaigns and events.&middot; Stay on top of design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.&middot; Manage and optimize visual assets in our digital asset management system.&middot; Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).&middot; Create compelling and engaging visuals that align with the company&rsquo;s marketing goals and social media strategy.&middot; Edit photos and videos to improve quality, create consistency, and maintain brand aesthetics.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, or similar role with a portfolio of previous social media design work.&middot; Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. as well as Capcut, etc).&middot; Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.&middot; Experience in creating animated graphics or short videos for social media platforms.&middot; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.&middot; Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. &middot; Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.&middot; A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects.&middot; Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
