Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary to manage the company&rsquo;s legal compliance, board meetings, and filings with regulatory bodies like the ROC and SEBI. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of company law and governance practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize and manage Board Meetings, AGMs, and other official meetings.</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.</li><li>Handle all ROC filings like MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, etc.</li><li>Maintain statutory records and company registers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI rules, and other legal requirements.</li><li>Support audits and help with secretarial documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with legal advisors and government authorities when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualified CS .</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial and compliance work.</li><li>Good knowledge of Company Law, ROC filings, and corporate governance.</li><li>Comfortable using MCA portal and MS Office.</li><li>Strong communication and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
