 Role Summary
 
 
 
 Pinch is seeking its first full-time product designer. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is passionate about the Pinch brand and eager to work at an early-stage startup where they can wear many hats and make a big impact.
 
 
 
 
 
 We want a UX-focused product designer who thinks critically and challenges ideas they believe aren&rsquo;t in the best interest of the user or the business. At the same time, they should be able to &ldquo;disagree and commit,&rdquo; working enthusiastically as part of the team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Experience
 
 
 
 - 3+ years of experience in product design
 
 
 - Proficient in design tools such as Figma
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 -
 
 User Experience Research
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Develop a deep understanding of our users through interviews and usability studies
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Gather insights using product analytics and business intelligence tools
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Run workshops (e.g., design sprints) to help the product team and stakeholders define the product vision and specific features
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Define requirements for new features, deliver polished designs, and clearly articulate design decisions

 User Interface Design
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Design user interfaces that apply the brand guidelines
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Build and maintain our design system in collaboration with frontend engineers

 Product Strategy
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Incorporate feedback from business stakeholders, users, and engineers, iterating rapidly on designs
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Prioritize features based on business and user needs
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Plan product experiments and determine success metrics using data
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;- Contribute ideas for product innovation to boost growth or user delight, and develop a perspective on Pinch&rsquo;s long-term product vision
