Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Organize and manage board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs).</li><li>Prepare agendas, minutes, and maintain statutory registers and records.</li><li>File necessary returns, forms, and documents with regulatory authorities.</li><li>Advise directors and senior management on corporate governance practices.</li><li>Handle company incorporation, restructuring, mergers, or other corporate actions.</li><li>Monitor changes in legislation and update company policies accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Manage share-related matters such as transfers, dividends, and investor queries (if applicable).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance.</li><li>Excellent documentation and organizational skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>5-12 years of experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
