Experience in loan processing and/or paralegal experience is REQUIRED. Preference towards real estate law, title, mortgage closings, Qualia software experience.Responsibilities:-Draft legal documents-use Qualia software (training provided but prior experience is huge) - Interpret title work - Prepare loan files for closing - Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, sellers, and real estate agents. -greet customers with a warm and welcome attitude.Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review - Proficient in using document management systems such as Qualia- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and terminology - Ability to transcribe legal documents - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues - Knowledge of project management principles to ensure timely completion of tasks - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>paralegal or loan processing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
